To ensure a success implementation and on-going operations of the DVI Microimager™ system, Microscience Group Inc. provides a number of key services.

System Installation
Installation of the DVI Microimager System and verification testing to validate that the system is functioning properly.

Annual Maintenance Service

Scheduled Maintenance: In order to assure continued optimum operation and longevity of the DVI Microimager systems, scheduled maintenance visits will be performed every three months from the date of installation. Maintenance delivered will included precision adjustment, replacement of parts were required, cleaning and testing.

On-site Unscheduled Repair Service: If it is determined that a problem exists in the Equipment, Software or Replacement Parts, then Microscience Group Inc. will provide a Replacement Part to Customer for on-site replacement by Microscience Group Inc.

Telephone Technical Support: Telephone support is available from Microscience Group Inc.'s technical support team for assistance in identifying, verifying and resolving errors and/or user problems that significantly affect Customer's use of the Equipment or Software. This support includes the provision of information on operation of the DVI software components, technical fixes or workarounds, and is offered from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time), Monday through Friday, excluding Microscience Group Inc. holidays.

Software Updates: Microscience Group Inc. will notify Customer of the availability of all applicable updates, enhancements and/or maintenance releases ("Updates") for the Software and documentation. Microscience Group Inc. will provide all applicable updates and maintenance releases at no charge as part of the Software Service.

Histology Services: This applies to telephone or on-site technical assistance provided by Microscience Group Inc. to Customer regarding the handling, chemical processing and embedding compatible with DVI Microimager System imaging of Customer specimens.
